Venue Description
To access the performance space at Belgrave Music Hall, there are 22 steps up. There are 2 accessible toilets within the building, one of which is directly outside the performance space and the other one the main bar and food floor. The main entrance to access the bar and food area of Belgrave Music Hall, there are 6 steps up, alongside this is a side door that is step free access. If you wish to use this entrance, do not hesitate to contact our team.

The venue opens at 11am, with the downstairs bar and food traders serving at this time. The performance space opening times differs with each event and can be found on the ticket or online.
If you requite early access, please contact the venue to arrange. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our duty manager or a member of our friendly front of house team. At the box office you will require a physical or online ticket.

Events
Doors for events usually open at 8pm for evening events, but this can sometimes change depending on what performance of event is taking place. Please contact us prior to your arrival, or this information can be found on tickets or online at belgravemusichall.co.uk.
Toilets
Belgrave Music Hall has two accessible toilets. One of which is an accessible toilet available right outside the performance space. There is also another accessible toilet just outside the main bar area. The toilets have grab rails and also an alarm, in case you may need any assistance. There is also baby changing facilities in these toilets. Both of these toilets are open for use at all times.
Customers with medical requirements
We welcome all customers who need to bring food, drink with them to the venue to manage medical conditions. We also welcome customers who may need to bring medical equipment with them. We may be able to refrigerate medicines for you, but would advise you inform us in advance. If you have any concerns, please contact us to discuss your needs. Whilst in the venue, if you have an emergency, please approach the front of house team or duty manager who will be able to assist you.
Assistance Dogs
We welcome all registered assistance dogs into the venue. Please contact us prior to your arrival at the venue so we can make arrangements for you, so you have enough space for you and your dog.
Strobe Lighting
Strobe lighting may be in use at some of our events. We will always put warning signs up on the doors to the auditorium. If you have any concerns, please do contact us to discuss.
Other information
There are no lowered bars within the venue. If you require assistance, please let our friendly in house staff know.
